Vendor Negotiation Services
Having made a final selection of an EHR package that is the best operational, clinical and financial fit for the physician practice, the Hielix team also provides contract negotiation services. The goal of EHR vendor negotiation is to come to agreement with the selected vendor in an efficient manner, with limited disruption to the practice and putting the practice on the road to achieving federal stimulus payments.
- Having Hielix act as the main point of contact with the selected EHR vendor saves the practice significant time that can be better spent on day-to-day revenue producing responsibilities.
- Hielix will assume primary responsibility for negotiations with the selected EHR vendor as well as communicating progress and updates with the practice. This can be coordination between the vendor and either the primary physician or practice administrator.
- The Hielix physician team will provide a final contract for review and sign-off by the practice.
