EHR Launch Support
After the launch of an EHR, the Hielix physician team continues to be available to our physician practice customers to ensure the software is being fully utilized, including identifying requirements for achieving Meaningful Use. Post-launch of an EHR is also the appropriate time to review and ensure the practice is realizing the greatest operational and financial benefit from adoption. Working closely with our practice customers, the Hielix physician team provides the following post-launch support.
- Review of the current utilization of the EHR product, including recommendations for increasing utilization that can have direct impacts on revenue generation, profitability and clinical efficiency.
- Working with the practice to generate a benchmark for customer satisfaction post-EHR launch.
- Taking advantage of Hielix’s leadership position in the marketplace regarding the evolving federal regulations to provide consultation on the practice’s opportunity to achieve Meaningful Use, including Meaningful Use submission checklist.
