Health Information Technology Stimulus

ARRA Federal Stimulus

As part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) the Federal government is making Federal contributions towards the adoption, implementation, upgrade, maintenance and operation of certified health information technology solutions. Funds are available at the local, regional and state-wide levels. However, questions remain about how healthcare providers can implement HIT solutions to achieve the maximum benefit without sacrificing either quality of patient care or creating significant disruption of operational practices.

At Hielix, we work with a broad mix of segments within the healthcare industry to create operationally sustainable, open solutions for the challenge of exchanging healthcare information. This includes ambulatory physician practices, hospitals and state governments. Our services range from the selection and adoption of electronic medical records to the planning and implementation of a RHIO/health information exchange.
